The brackets should not be installed on the short pipe that needs to be removed during maintenance, and the support of the pipeline should not be affected when the valve is removed. In general, the distance between the bracket and the valve flange should be greater than 300 mm.

3.The installation location of the Jumbo Valve should have a location where a crane is used, or consider installing a hanging column and a hanging beam.

How is Jumbo Valve used?

The high pressure chamber of the Jumbo Valve is connected to the cylinder, and the low pressure chamber is the gas outlet leading to the consumption system. The display value of the high pressure manometer is the pressure of the gas stored in the bottle. The output pressure of the low pressure manometer can be regulated via the adjustment screw.

When using, first turn on the cylinder main switch, then turn the low pressure knife pressure adjustment screw clockwise to compress the main spring, and drive the film, spring spacer, and ejector rod to open the valve. In this way, the introduced high-pressure gas enters the low-pressure chamber after throttling and decompression from the high-pressure chamber and leads through the outlet to the working system. Turn the adjustment screw to change the height of the valve opening to adjust the gas flow and reach the desired pressure value.

Jumbo Valves are all equipped with safety valves. It is a device to protect and safely use the gas cylinder valve, and it is also a signal device for the failure of the gas cylinder valve. If the output pressure rises by itself due to valve seals, valve damage or other reasons and exceeds a certain permissible value, the safety valve automatically opens the vent.
